An amazing place. Stunning location, beautiful decor and very good facilities. Breakfast was unbelievable, served in a restaurant facing the snowy mountains . We ate dinner as well and loved everything. And- most important: the staff. Sofia seems to be an angle on earth. She's there to help you with everything you wish for. Whatever we asked for- She was there to help us ,with a smile and the best attitude. We travel quite often around the world . Sofia is undoubtedly the best receptionist we have ever met ❤️. And Petros- an endless source of information on the area. Gave us numerous great ideas for trips and attractions. And he did that with such grace and charm !!! We can't wait to be back again .

- spacious room and very comfortable bed - awesome breakfast with mainstream and local flavours on offer - very polite staff at the reception, spa and bar/restaurant - great location, ideal for nature lovers and those looking for a retreat - at the restaurant and bar in particular, guests feel being taken care of and well attended

It’s an amazing place to unwind and recharge the batteries. It’s a high quality hotel, excellent facilities and services. The Spa is outstanding. Petros and the other people at the reception, bar, spa, restaurant were extremely professional and well coming. The room was impeccable: very spacious and clean and with a superb mountain view.

The location is amazing, the hotel is beutiful in a very high standard, the rooms are lovely and big, the breakfast is perfect and the staff is really nice (hey Petros :-). Our rooms were upgraded by the hotel and we felt welcomed

Very comfortable, large rooms. Excellent bar and restaurant. Fantastic views and great staff. The concierge, (Petro) was friendly, helpful and a great source of information on the local area. Prior to our arrival, the receptionist (Sofia), organised a truffle hunting experience with a local truffle hunter, which was a highlight of our entire holiday in Greece.

Everything! The staff was very friendly and polite and service around the hotel was absolutely great too. Our room was very nice with the view to Metsovo. The beds were excellent too. Once we ordered burgers from the room service and they were so delicious (with local smoked cheese). The breakfast was one of the best we have ever seen before, so great variety of products. Highly recommended!

Felt like we were in paradise: nice, spacious rooms with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and the city of Metsovo. Nice and peaceful with only birdsong and no noise. The food in the restaurant and bar was delicious. Very nice breakfast as well. We went to the spa and came back super relaxed. The staff was extremely friendly. Highly recommended!
